Frequently Asked Q&A
Yes, the images that you will get will be very realistic and are comparable to a real ultrasound image.
No, your completed image will not have watermarks on it. Those are for copyright purposes, and will not show up on your completed image(s).
Printing is easy. After you have downloaded your image, save it to your device. You can print at any photo center, copy shop or home printer just as you would any photograph.
If you are printing at a photo center such as Wal-Mart or CVS be sure to print on matte finish photo paper. Glossy paper will sometimes blur the text at the top of the image, so it is not recommended.
When printing from a home printer or a copy shop, matte finish photo paper or 80# glossy text paper works well for printing.
If you ordered a single image, you will want to print to size 4″ x 6″ for best results. The image is already sized to be printed this way. The actual image will be smaller when printed, as there is a white border around it.
Strips of three should be printed to size 8″ x 10″. You will need to trim the excess white around the images to your liking as there will be extra white on both sides of the image due to the odd size.
Yes, absolutely. If you can not find what you are looking for on our site, you may use your own personal ultrasound images for custom created ultrasounds. You must be sure that you have permission to use the images you send to us. Due to copyright infringement laws we can not put copyrighted logos or trademarks on any images we create for you, even if you own the image. As a result, the image we create for you will not look identical to the one you send to us, but will be very similar. We do our best to make them as close as possible to the original.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for digital items unless your order has NOT been fulfilled. This is because the item cannot be physically returned to us as it is an intangible, digital item, such as a JPEG image file. We are happy to cancel and refund your order if it has not been fulfilled.
Images may take up to 24 hours to get via your email inbox. Someone from our team will need to personally add all your information to the image for you (or create one), then it will be emailed to you. We have to manually create these for you, then email the completed image to your provided email address. They are not instantly created, nor are they sent automatically. This is why we need 24 hours to complete orders and get them to our valued customers. Custom images are not part of our automated system, so please be patient.
It is possible that our email has gotten sent to your junk or spam folder. Please double check these folders first. If we are in there, please mark it not junk or not spam. That way your next purchase will get sent to the correct inbox. Next, check to see if you provided us with the correct email address to send your fake ultrasound image to. Often people will misprint their email address, and we have no way to email the image if this happens.
