As a result, the image we create for you will not look identical to the one you send to us, but will be very similar. We do our best to make them as close as possible to the original.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for digital items unless your order has NOT been fulfilled. This is because the item cannot be physically returned to us as it is an intangible, digital item, such as a JPEG image file. We are happy to cancel and refund your order if it has not been fulfilled.
