Refunds, Returns, Cancellations

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on orders that have already been fulfilled or if you have already downloaded the item from our website. If you purchased an item that was supposed to be emailed to you, we can not offer a refund if your order was already fulfilled and emailed. To be eligible for a refund, your order must not be fulfilled/completed, and/or the image must not have been downloaded from our site. Fakeultrasound.com keeps track of all fulfilled/completed orders.

Digital goods such as jpeg files/images or pdf files/images are exempt from being returned or refunded after completion due to the fact that you cannot physically return a digital good.

There are certain situations where refunds may be granted:

• A duplicate item was added to the cart
• You were charged twice for the same item

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your account. Contact your credit card company if you paid with a card. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Otherwise, contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded if your order has not been fulfilled. Sale items cannot be refunded; period.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you do not like the image in the listing; do not purchase it! You will get the image you choose in the listing.

Shipping

We do not physically ship or mail any products. All our products are digital items that are sent via email or instant download only, and nothing will ever be mailed to your postal address.

We only use your shipping/postal address to verify that you are a real person ordering from our site to protect from scammers on the site.
